Level 1 Yoga

It is yoga for everybody because it fits every body. This class will focus on principles of spinal alignment, foundational feet, moving with our breath, listening to our bodies while moving through time and space. We’ll also focus on opening ours hearts to discover how our bodies function through a daily yoga practice.

This will help us relieve stress, increase flexibility in mind and body, and create endurance and strength through static holds (i.e., isometricly held postures for 30-60 second). This will help with how we deal with life outside the gym as well. Please come join us on our mats at Body Language.
