William grew up in Okarche, OK playing basketball and baseball. After high school he enlisted in the Marine Corps. William spent 9 years in the Marines, during this time he was a helicopter mechanic and door gunner as well as a recruiter.

Staying in good physical condition was vital during his career. Upon leaving the Marines, he began working in the oilfield as a wellhead technician.

During this time he gained a lot of weight, after about 2 years of this he realized that he needed to get back into shape. So he lost around 50 pounds, and began helping some of his friends lose weight as well. After a few months of this he decided he would like to make a career out of personal training and helping people live healthier lifestyles.

William obtained a certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and also an AS in Personal Training from Redlands Community College in El Reno. He is very interested in learning different training techniques as well as continuing education. He is currently studying for a double BS from the University of Central Oklahoma in Kinesiology and Nutrition.

William is married to an amazing woman, and has 3 awesome kids that are also involved in sports. When William isn’t involved with work, the kids sports, and homework for school, he enjoys playing a pickup game of basketball, indoor soccer, and the occasional 5k.
